She is also the founder of Preferred Mortgage Services, Inc. “PMSI”. “PMSI” is a successful consulting and staffing firm started in 1999 well known for its specialty niche - trouble shooting loan accounting problems from funding through trustee distribution. Prior to PMSI, she was the Managing Partner of QMCI, a mortgage consulting firm. She is a subject matter expert in Loan Accounting and Servicing, and has worked in all fields related to mortgage loan servicing since 1988. |

PMSI associates have held front line and executive management positions with the Top Ten (10) Servicers, Wall Street firms, Master Servicers, and many other small to medium size loan servicers for over 15 years. PMSI has worked in all aspects of loan servicing that includes underwriting, due diligence, servicer oversight, default and loan accounting trouble shooting from funding through trustee distribution. PMSI associates are adept in using SBO2000, Fidelity, MortgageServ, LSAMS and many proprietary servicing and master servicing systems.
