In our experience, we found that many organizations utilize Microsoft Excel software as a tool to manipulate, extrapolate, maintain field names, run manual checks and balances and ultimate create loan set-up templates or servicing transfer data for every single transaction.  This process is very time consuming, laborious process and most importantly it is exposed to inevitable human error and lack of data integrity controls and measures.

With our New Loan Set-Up module, the user will map the fields one (1) time only, it automatically run edit checks to validate missing and/or incorrect data and generate a loan set-up file or servicing transfer file ready for upload within minutes.  Data can be edited directly into the system, organized and generate an updated loan set-up file as often as the user would like.  All Edits are recorded.
